This calibrator is intended for the determination of calibration factors for COULTER AC T 5diff Series hematology analyzers in conjunction with AC T 5diff reagent system only.

COULTER AC T 5diff Series hematology analyzers require a calibrator to convert electronic measurements of each sample into accurate results expressed in clinical terms.

• The parameters (WBC, RBC, Hgb, Hct, and Plt) are calibrated using AC T 5diff Cal Calibrator, a stabilized blood preparation.
• AC T 5diff Cal Calibrator is an acceptable alternative to whole-blood calibration.
• The calibration procedure uses replicate measurements of AC T 5diff Cal Calibrator.
• MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW, MPV and the DIFF parameters do not require calibration.
